Employee Engagement at the Organization


What is engagement of employee at work ?

In order to define employee engagement, That is able to define how constitutes of engaged employee looks like. Employees are passionate to be participating work and satisfy to be contributing their work, That is a best way to identify high employee engagement organization. That employees can analyze and understand what is the organization mission statement, goals and vision to take suitable action to advance them.

Importance of employee engagement

By doing this, detrition will be decreased and productivity and profit margin will rise. It will look at and address on ways to increase employee commitment and engagement with the proper organization's growth. Below mentioned factors that direct impact of the business of the organization and retain the organization success. However, in light of the available evidence, it can be hypothesized that employee engagement will mediate the relationship between individual workplace factors (employee workplace well-being, employee development, employee retention) and employee satisfaction.(B. Sypniewska, 2023)

1. Enhanced performance: 

According to employee engagement, motivated employees are more likely to support the organization in achieving its objectives. Quality human resources have a big impact on organizational goals, so there is a binding agreement that aims to foster organizational commitment (Cesario & Chambel, 2017).

2. Fulfil employee retention:

According to my company employee is 85% less likely to leave their company. This results in lower expenses for HR professionals who must hire new skillful employees and wait for them to reach maximum productivity.

3. Increased job satisfaction:

A happy workforce gets improve the culture of the organization.



4.  Increased revenue

Highly engaged workers are able to get more profitability.  Once revenue increase more benefits are offered by the organization. Then absenteeism and attrition will be decreased. 



5. A stronger customer experience

A better customer experience is happening proper way to communication and highly engagement of workers, Stronger customer experience is a reason for increased the total revenue.

6. Higher customer loyalty and feedback

Stronger customer experience is a result of retention higher customer loyalty and feedback.

According to research, employee engagement programs are encourage workers to put in more effort to solve problems, new technology development and innovate more fast. Any way these business tools are much better to impact business and provide more organizational success. 


Best way to improve employee engagement in the organization

When employee engagement most important factor is their work satisfaction, if they needn't have this they are not engaged with organization work well and leave the organization. And also, we are viewing positive organization background, the most of employees are not engaged at their work properly.

Poor management recognition, inadequate business communication, and a lack of clarity are the most of several factors caused poor employee engagement.  

Employee engagement is now the most important than ever as a strategic business goal because of happy workers are more likely to stay with their companies over the long term, perform better, higher performance at work, and quality of work are caused to succeed as an organization.



Strategies of employee engagement

Employee engagement strategy is a way of making emotional connection  between employees and the business or organization. Specially, an employee engagement strategy is a concept that introduce the way of how a business intends to maintain employee engagement and foster a healthy work environment.

Engagement strategy is a measuring tool that current level engaged with organization and people. Creating an employee’s engagement strategy make an anonymous survey, which their thoughts, feelings and future plans towards the organization etc. in addition to that turnover rate, productivity and absenteeism are considerable indicators for the employee engagement strategy. Engaged workers are also more motivated and committed to the organization as the result of increased job satisfaction; while disengaged employees feel indifferent about their organizations because of increased job dissatisfaction (B. Marczak, 2014)

Strategic planning is most valuable step setting up goals. And also, employee thoughts what they feel about the organization and satisfactory of production level. Finally need to set up budget limit to achieve more revenue. These are main strategies to implement and improve employee satisfactions, culture and company operations.


 1.Visualize road map

Road map can be a get an idea to employee, their career path within the company.

2. Always provide positive feedback to the employee

This is help to motivate, enhanced new technologies and work for company growth. Motivations are inherently dynamic, that is, they pertain to striving for change over time from current conditions to an improved future state (J.D. Pincus, 2022)

3. Facilitate 2 – way communication

Transparency creates a trust, workers are able to understand  how to business actions will impact to the employee and handle tough conditions and deal engage with employees.

4. Create a success road map

Road map creates employees future plans and thinking pattern to emphasize  and play the roll they are in.

The future of employee engagement

Future employee engagement is a tool that employee jobs can change to easiest way  either that is not change to employees hand by hand. In addition, employees job engagement for higher production, highest retention and positive culture and their workplace needs bloom most effective way at work,  That is the simple way to say future of employee engagement. 

Conclusion

According to our company experienced new technologies and use new tools for participation of employees for achieve employer targets. Using total productive maintenance concept is the best tool for growth organization better. 

TPM concept has include  new production techniques, innovative strategies, AI and comprehensive approaches  for conducting highly energetic commitment for the organization. Currently we use technique that I run I maintain method for all production machines, In this concept we are trained  operator to do some basic mechanic from his machine. Then we are transfer mechanic people to new big project we can save their time because of that reason. In addition there are  8 types of pilers that each of pilers has leader to conduct their pilers and it covers all area of the organization. 

  1. Focused Improvement 
  2. Autonomous Maintenance 
  3. Quality Maintenance 
  4. Planned Maintenance 
  5. Early Management 
  6. Training and Education 
  7. Safety, Health and Environment  
  8. Administrative of TPM  

According this all pilers our employees are categorized for special duties during their normal working procedures. Therefore we were able to enhanced organization growth using new concept related employee engagement.
